This is an Automatic Electric 11 Digit wooden Strowger wall phone. Parts have been renickeled. The face plate is marked with AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC COMPANY PATENTED IN U.S.A MAY 10, 1906 CHICAGO, ILL. The dial works freely as does the switchhook. The switchhook has sthe A for automatic electric. The center of the dial is marked AUTOMATIC ELECTRIC COMPANY CHICAGO U.S.A. PATENTED. The push button works. The insides are clean as seen in picture. The wooden box has been refinished and wood is very good as well as the joints are tight. The cloth cord is very good. The bells have been renickled too and the clapper is in place.Receiver and mouthpiece are in very good shape. This is a real nice phone and would make a fine addition to anyone's collection.
