These are a pair of 14" Hi Hats from the A. Zildjian & Cie Vintage range. Released in a limited edition in the 1990s but now discontinued, the range was an attempt to recreate the cymbals of the 30s and 40s. Each cymbal was signed on the bottom by Armand Zildjian. These comprise a medium weight bottom with a lightweight top cymbal. They have a fast response and a distinct Chick sound. If you think in terms of 'Papa' Jo Jones with Count Basie you'll get the idea!These cymbals have been used very sparingly. They could do with a polish maybe, to remove stick and finger marks but otherwise there are no issues with this pair.
