Here we have another great opportunity to own a fine collectible print, this time the artist is Don Connolly, its title "Canadian Shield" ..No. 560/850 of this limited edition print signed by the artist and the test pilot Jan Zurakowski... This particular print is apparently somewhat rare, considering we could not find many exact comparables on the internets!!.....print size is approx. 20"x26", image size is approx. 18"x24".. looks to be a lithograph type print... unfortunately we are not experts (yet) so the type of printing used could be something other than what we have mentioned here. This particular print scene depicts a test flight of "The Mighty Arrow" also known as RL 203 that took place on Sept 22, 1958..due to some bizarre circumstance and controversy, the planes program was cancelled on Feb 10, 1959 ....overall fair condition with some tear damage upper right area, some minor smudges, edge wear, and light creases that are typical of a print of this size that has been handled and out of frame. .this print is listed on a few other sites for around $180.00 and for over $200.00 here on Ebay !!!!..due to the damage listed, it is being listed as is, for a great price.!!..still a fantastic looking print, handsome and moody, we think would look great with many a decor, would also look great maybe matted and framed!!!..reasonable
