Very fine set of original flying goggles with green tinted lenses. U.S. origin, 1920-30's era. They are the earlier prototype for the military AN-6530 goggle, I believe. Adjustable nose piece with turn nut marked with a logo "WM" (letters intermixed). Green tinted glass lenses have etched "AO" (American Optical) letters at outer ends. Original strap has elasticity and is in very good condition. Strap marked with owner name. Hard rubber cups are solid and stitched to black metal frames which have small vents on top & bottom rims. Lenses are clean and clear. This is the last such pair from my own aviation collection. A nicer pair of vintage flying goggles would be difficult to locate. Ask any QUESTIONS BEFORE BID.
