AVIREX B3 SHEARLING LINED FLIGHT JACKET: You are bidding on one used WW2 style B-3 Leather Bomber Jacket made by Avirex in New York City. The label in side the jacket says its a Size 44. T is a black label that identifies the maker as Avirex with an old military contract number and some other info on it. are som dimensions measured as best as I can with a tape measure. 24 inches from the seam at the shoulder to the end of the sleave cuff. 22 inches from the top of the throat by the neck down to the bottom of the jacket. 18 inches from armpit to end of sleave. 24 inches wide from side to side with tape measure dead center accross the pocket flaps on the front. When I purchased this jacket it was sold by the store as a 44 regular. When I lived in New England I wore it while riding my Triumph Bonneville in the fall months just before the snow started falling. Not only do I live in Georgia now, but Im fatter and it doesnt quite fit me anymore. The jacket is in great shape. The leather is nice and soft. T are no rips in the leather.
