This unit is in excellent condition. It has lived its life in one rack, rarely moved and is completely 100% functional as day one. I used it to provide a breakout buss for recording of our avoid stage feeds and it worked great. I am including the DB25 breakout cables in case you can also use them. They read that they will work on Mackie & Tascam systems. I can't see why they wouldn't work on any XLR input as that is the output configuration. I used it to a Mackie console. I printed out the manual for you plus the power supply so you are ready to go. I do not believe this is a version 4. I see the new units go for over $1,000.00 so save yourself a bunch of money here.
