AVON S4.60 Super Sport Ranger. Stability is aided by the deep “V” inflatable keel. Heavy duty aluminum floorboards keep the hull rigid. Rigid hull allows boat to go up on a plane with maximum hull speed (performance) = 36 mph. Will accommodate an outboard motor up to 55 hp and can be fitted with remote steering. Length = 15’0”; Beam = 6’2”; Stowed dimensions (boat) 54” X 26” X 14”; (floor boards) 46” X 34” X 7”; Capacities: (weight)= 2,090 lbs (persons) = 8; Assembly time = 20 minutes; Number of Chambers = 4 + keel. 14 year old boat was used twice, once in 1996 and again in 1998 as part of expeditions down the Yukon River and was then placed in dry storage. Brought out of storage this summer and found to be completely sound. Cost $6,400 new. Original owner. Delivery by common carrier to be arranged and paid for by buyer.
