From my personal vintage jewelry collection: This early Art Deco bracelet and earring set is simply fantastic!! Neither the bracelet nor the earrings are signed, but I believe that they might possibly be gold-plated. The person that I purchased it from advised she had taken it to a jeweler who said it is from the 1920's. The metalwork is most probably gold over brass. T is a HUGE emerald-green-colored open-backed glass rhinestone in the centerpiece of the bracelet, flanked by sparkling-clear princess and round-cut stones on either side. The earrings have open-backed princess-cut emerald-green stones accented with diamond-clear smaller round rhinestones. The centerpiece is connected to either end of the bracelet by 2 heavy golden serpentine chains. T is much ornate carving and scrollwork in and around the centerpiece. The clasp is nice and tight, although it doesn't have a safety chain. This set is a p erfect vintage accessory for today's trends - it is very dramatic, and certainly won't disappoint. It is a piece of the past. Done in a 3-dimensional pattern, all stones are bright and clear with minimal if any wear to them or to the shiny gold-toned metalwork. All stones are faceted and are very sparkly. This is just a wonderful set -- very uplifting coloring/style and all the elaborately detailed and imaginative metal-work.Any wear read more
