This is another beautiful item from an estate sale of a very well known Indian Woman named Bunty Anquoe - named: Miss NCAI '79-'80 Bunty Anquoe Kiowa/Onandaga (see her photo attached) check out my other items from this estate sale as they are all incredibly beautiful!! From what I understand her husband was involved in the creation of the Mohegan Sun Casino in CT from the Mashantuck Tribe. Bunty herself is a native of theOnondaga Reservation in upstate New York. One of The Six Nations of the Iroquois. She was also an activist for Native American Indians and the first ever Washington correspondent and bureau chief - the first reporterbased in Washington for a native American newspaper called "Lakota Times" Item Description: From what I understand this is called a Story Teller - and it's an awesome Eagle holding 5 baby Eagles in it's wings. T is a design on the back and beautifully painted feathers.
