Aynsley Loving Cup - To Commemorate the� marriage of H.R.H. The Prince Andrew to Miss Sarah Ferguson - Check my feedback.� Quick and safe shipping. This beautiful Loving Cup is in� fine English bone China by Aynsley. Commemorative loving cup with beautiful� handle with gold and the family trees of both Prince Andrew and Miss Sarah� Ferguson printed in blue. The top edge has a metallic gold rim and there is a� deeper gold edging to the skirted base. The commemoration to the wedding in 1986� is printed in blue on the inside of the top edge. The mug is in very good� condition with no cracks or crazing. Detailed photos below. About The Aynsley China Company The British company was originally established in the 18th century, way back in� 1775, when the company first started out at Lane end, Longton in Staffordshire,� England. Their early pieces were Earthenware embellished with black print and� then hand enameled with decorative 18th century drawings. One inscription,� located on the border of the classic English teapot reads; Quote "Keep within� the compass and you shall be sure to avoid many troubles which others endure"� Those were scary times, I guess, with the need for ominous warnings on teapots!
