This is a copy of the instruction manual for a B. Eldredge Automatic sewing machine. The National Sewing Machine Company made it. It is a chain stitch sewing machine, which means that it has a lower looper & uses one source of thread to form the stitch, not a bobbin & two sources of thread, as in lock stitch type machines. Instructions for using many of its basic attachments are included. It is shown in a treadle stand. Basic information, cleaning & oiling & some trouble shooting information are also included, as is a detailed & illustrated parts list. **IF YOU CLICK ON THE ILLUSTRATION ON THE LEFT, YOU WILL SEE MORE & LARGER SCANS FROM THE MANUAL. IF THEY LOOK LIKE YOUR SEWING MACHINE, THIS SHOULD BE THE MANUAL THAT YOU NEED.** We have enlarged the copy slightly, for easier reading & I'm sure that you'll agree that this is better than the small manuals with their tiny writing. We have also copied the pages so they are stapled through the center & it will open & read just like a book. NOTE: The item price does NOT include postage.
