If an image has a black background, know that the odd circles in the edges of the item are magnets that hold it in place, and are NOT a defect! 11 1971 Re-release Vintage Theater-Used Color Numbered 8" x 10" Movie Stills from Lawrence of Arabia, the classic 1962 David Lean English World War I (WWI) adventure thriller ("After five years... The first motion picture from the creators of 'The Bridge On The River Kwai.'"; produced by Sam Spiegel and David Lean; Best Director & Best Picture Academy Award winner) starring Peter O'Toole (in his nominated for Best Actor Academy Award role; billed as "introducing Peter O'Toole as Lawrence"; which is odd, because he had small parts in several movies prior to this one!), Omar Sharif (in his nominated for Best Supporting Actor Academy Award role; "as Ali"), Alec Guinness, Anthony Quinn, Jack Hawkins, Jose Ferrer, Anthony Quayle, Claude Rains, and Arthur Kennedy Overall Condition: fine. The stills are in really wonderful condition! Want to know more about the condition of this item? This lot of vintage movie publicity stills is in "fine" condition! It has very minor defects, typical with photographs that are ten to eighty years old. But they are truly VERY minor, and I can't imagine a collector who would not be very happy owning this still lot. But please bear in mind that this is an ORIGINAL vintage still lot, and so it is sure to have slight imperfections. Note that our small image of the item on this auction page leads to a really HUGE image of this item, so please look at that larger image, as it will certainly greatly help you know exactly what condition this item is in! Note that this is the highest grade we give any item (we do not use "mint" or "near mint"), and many of our "fine" items would be graded "mint" or "near mint" by other sellers! "Numbered color stills" . These are very similar to black & white 8" x 10" stills, except for being in color of course, but they are printed on virtually the same exact paper as black & white stills. Just like with black & white stills, t can be a very large number of different ones. They look just like the unnumbered colored stills, except they have tiny numbers in the bottom left, center, or right, and t are often exactly 12 of them (although sometimes t is a lesser or greater number, depending on the movie).
