Luo Pin (1733-1799) who was a famous painter in Qing Dynasty. After the Four Monk Painters, the Qing Dynasty saw the rise of another revolutionary painting school "The Eight Crackpot of YangZhou". Luo Pin was known as the youngest of them and a follower of Jin Nong who was one of the most versatile and compelling artists in Qing Dynasty. While his work covers all major painting subjects and exhibits great stylistic and conceptual variety and he can write poem also. His paintings did not follow the old brushstroke conventions, making them look strange compared with other paintings of the time and his personality appears equally multifaceted.
