OLD VINTAGE c1928 NEW OLD STOCK 10K GOLD BABY RING With Orig. CARD This is marked 10K GOLD BABY RING . See Picture (Scan pictures have glare and shadow and sometimes mettalic colors don't come out quite right) It has survived intact exactly as issued, it has a card containing a good luck 4 LEAF CLOVER that appears genuine, the ring is mounted in the card and has an envelope it comes in. Information gleened from the person we obtained this from indicates these were purchased by a retail jeweler in 1928. Amazing and VERY RARE that this would have survived like this. The ring has a filligree style fancy work on edge, and the gold is the slightly pinkish rose gold that was used in Victorian times. It is, of course, absolutely new mint condition , MARKED 10K GOLD but has tarnished slightly due to being in contact all these years with the high sulpher content paper. The card paper has yellowed a little over the years, but not as much as the scan picture would have you believe. The envelope has yellowed a liitle more than the card. Card measures about 2 3/4" x 3 1/2". While it obviously can be worn as ring, and would look very cute, with all of the government regulations these days, we don't know if it is even legal to sell such a small item for a baby any longer, but we are selling this strictly as a collecter's item not as a child's item. May also fit others with really tiny fingers or as 50% up finger ring. It's ready to give as a gift or enjoy it yourself. THIS SHOULD BE A GREAT INVESTMENT!!!!
