An Opportunity to own a Unique Bad Taste Bears Prototype direct from the file of Pete Underhill. WhenI was working on the illustration for Romeo and Juliet in the 'BTB Classics' range, I needed to ensure that the eye level of Juliet in my illustration worked with that of the Romeo figurine that was intended to stand next to it. This physical version of Romeo was used to do my 'workings out'. This is a pre-production version, known as a 'grey', the same as those used to make the tooling for manufacture.It is signed by me on his hat (and on the separate arm) and marked with my unique stamp. The figurine is accompanied by an individual signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming it to be from my personal and private file.Since this is an early development piece, it has no commercial packaging, but be assured, it will be securely and robustly packed for transit. Free Postage to any UK address, International Postage paid by the Buyer and will be dependent on destination. An explanation:In just a few months it will be twenty years since I drew my very first Bad Taste Bear.Since the idea occurred to me that bears doing the wrong kind of things would be a fun and marketable idea, things have gone a bit wild.
