For Sale: An elegant green clear, pressed glass, Art Deco dressing table trinket pot produced by the Bagley Glassworks (established in Yorkshire England in 1871 and closed in 1975). This is in their 'Ilkley' pattern and has absolutely no damage, not even to the lid rim. This design was introduced in 1933 and produced until the 50‘s. It measures 5" (127mm) in length, 3 ½” (89mm) wide and stands 2 ¼” (57mm) tall. Both lid and pot are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or nibbles at all and very few signs of actual usage, mainly to the underside of the base which you‘d expect. It was originally part of both a five piece and seven piece set and this is ideal for anyone who is missing one to complete their set or just as an elegant trinket box in its own right.
