This is the 1939 GE H-502 (like the H 500) in beautiful tiger mottled Bakelite from my personal collection. This radio is also known as the GE "Turbine". The radio plays strong and the dial lights beautifully. She is in as close to perfect condition as a 69 year old radio can be, I am unable to find a flaw on her. I see no chips, cracks, or repairs. Usually this radio's back is damaged, not so in this case. The molded plastic back is as beautiful as the rest of the radio with a large GE logo embossed in the center. " General Electric" and GE logo is also embossed under the grill. The radio's label is mostly t as seen in the picture. I have never seen a better example of this radio. Please view the pictures to see for yourself the lovely details of this radio. Please see my other auction for this radio's Beetle twin in excellent condition. (last picture of this auction is a preview of this radio.) These radios go together very well. Over the next few weeks I will be listing several radios from my collection. International bidders with 10+ positive feedback and a rating of at least 98% may bid after e-mailing me first and will be considered on a case by case basis. If you win mulitiple radios I will combine shipping if possible.
