Text in Spanish. First Edition. Scarce.A nice First Edition of this rare and fascinating book about Mexican flags. This thick book is lavishly illustrated with many color illustrated plates showing a wide variety of flags, banners, standards, colours for different "Regiments" or units in the Mexican Army. A typed sheet of paper giving a list of the color flags and a brief text is taped to the rear pastedown. Published 53 years ago, it is now long out of print and rare. There is only one other copy of this book listed for sale on the internet, worldwide; it is in England, priced $123. This book is in excellent condition and it should be at least as valuable. Such a nice First Edition book is not likely to come up for sale again soon on ebay.
