Construction is siding on ply construction, that is you build up an interior "box" and then apply the various sidings to complete the structure. To ease painting the window frames are separate from the mullions and have included an adhesive backing on the mullions to make mounting the glazing a glue free breeze. This is a great 4 or 5 evening project. The foot print approximately is 5" wide by 3-3/4" deep. D etailed instructions and templates included.
