Product Warranty
All of our products have a one year warranty. Any breakage of the neon tube must be reported within 2 weeks of arrival. After 2 weeks the warranty will not cover any glass breakage.
Shipping Info
Your neon clock will be shipped in about 1 to 3 business days after we receive your order. We charge a flat rate of $12.99 in the continental United States. This price includes packaging materials and insurance. All orders are insured and are shipped out FedEx ground. Please contact us for rates outside of the continental US.
