BEFORE you bid on this item, please make sure you read and
understand the following:
I make all of these signs to order, as I do not have room to
keep a stock of the hundreds of signs we produce.
I will ship out as soon as I can, but due to the high amount of
orders we get from multiple customers, it can take me up to
3 weeks to produce this sign. Then you must wait for the item
to ship, which can take up to 2 - 4 business days.
I will ship international shipments the same way, but please
be advised, that it has taken quite a while for some of my
shipments to arrive. I am not sure if it the post office on
the other end, or if t is a delay with customs, but patience
is the key.
Please do not email me 3 days after the auction ends,
wondering w your sign is. I assure you I am making it.
Once you agree to purchase a sign from me, I will hold
you to that agreement, as you will expect me to deliver
the sign, as agreed by me. Otherwise I will report it as
an unpaid item.
I assure you that I am really easy to work with, and I
do everything I can to get you the sign you paid for.

is how I do business:
- Unfortunatly, due to some past problems, I have to let all my payments clear the bank before I can ship. This takes 10 business days. This includes all checks and Money Orders.
- I set up and design almost every image for every product I sell. I can make about any design you want, but I do charge $25.00 for art set up per hour. Most designs take under an hour to do. If an image is revised several times, this will count towards the total design time.
- I will ship overseas, but the shipping costs and times are greatly increased. USPS has a website to get shipping times and costs.
- I will never send anyone bad product. If your item is damaged by UPS, I will replace it.
- I will combine all shipping if I know the items you are wanting combined. Please contact me for combined shipments and do not assume I will combine unless you notify me.
- If you have a dispute with any transaction, please make an effort to contact me first. I get a ton of emails and occasinally I do make a mistake and let one slip by in my bulk mail. I will never ignore anyone's email and I will do my best to resolve all issuses! T are better ways of resolving ebay confilicts rather than giving negative feedback.
