AUTHENTIC BARBED WIRE TOILET SEAT, COMPLETELY FUNCTIONAL
Be the first in your outfit to have this exclusive, unique item in your bunkhouse bathroom! Historic samples of real barbed wire embedded in a cast acrylic toilet seat, standard size. Believe it or not, this item was a wedding present from our cowboy wedding. Vintage late 1970-1980's. I don't know a lot about its provenance other than it came from the San Francisco Designer Gift Show in 1980 and was a bit pricey ($100.) I doubt t are too many of these around but it is a great conversation piece and elicits anything from howls to guffaws of laughter when guests close the bathroom door. It is in great usable condition but cosmeticly does show some age and wear (some scatches from cleaning products). Surprisingly, it is quite comfortable. Its quite usable or you can find other creative uses for your western decor.
