Comes with everything pictured. There is nothing broken, cracked, marked up. Everything functions correctly including the electro nic phones and computer cash register. All three phones light up and ring. This has been very well taken care of , and will make some little Barbie fan very happy! Barbie Grand Hotel with working (manual) elevator, sound effects and much, much more! Main desk has phone that when the button is pushed, rings and welcomes visitors. Two phones in the deluxe sui te ring and light up. Two full floors with beautiful detail, translucent window frames, colorful decals and super fun features. Upstairs, the bedroom has a bed with headboard, a TV that reverses to a book shelf., a little phone nook with door and a second bed that folds up to reveal a mirrored vanity and luxury bath .
