Barbour® Westmoreland Waxed Cotton Waistcoat and Pants These waxed canvas (cotton) waistcoat and overpants were made in England. Rich, dark green color. Here’s what the web says about the waistcoat - “This is a classic wax cotton waistcoat that is equally at home doing autumn chores or visiting your favorite country village for antiques.
