Complete Set of UNUSED Cabinet Maker's Chisels from Barr Quarton. Barr Chisels have long been known as the top Timber Framing Chisel made. Recently he has begun offering smaller beveled-edge chisels for cabinetmakers. These chisels have wonderful balance and solid, ferruledash handles, hand packed at the anvil and hardened to RC 62. Hand forged anvils have the benefit of holding a longer, superior edge than standard dropped-forged high carbon steel. Included in this set are the following sizes: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, 1" Both leather chisel rolls are also included.All chisels are unused but may need a polishing as they have been stored in the leather roll since purchase and all may have some spots (Not Rust!) as evidence in the last picture.
