All Mattel packaging shows some sort of irregularity and I will not describe them as "mint", however some can be described as such. I'm not sure what Marketing Knucklehead thinks we need 3:1 Batman figures. I have 3 cartons of Batman to give away, I guess. Collect every figure available in 2012 and collect pieces that can be assembled into a BAT-SIGNAL Not only does the BAT-SIGNAL light up, but it also projects on the wall! Ages 4 and older. *Some have asked for the figure to be shipped loose and, if you want, I can ship this loose to save you about $4.00 on shipping. If you purchase the item to be shipped loose any Buyer protection will be void. Send me a message asking that the item be sent loose and acknowledge the voided buyer protection, prior to purchase and once paid, I will remove the figure and charge only actual weight for shipping. The shipping over-charge will be refunded via PayPal on the same day. *Integrity* We take great pride in our product protection and delivery.
