Because this flag is a flag concerning the student going to the front.To supplement war potential shortage in 1943, a Japanese army drafted the university student. At the time, a Japanese army lost a lot of soldiers in each battlefield.A Japanese army sent the battlefield the student soldier and the child soldier. And, more soldiers were killed. Kinoshita of this flag died on the New Guinea island. Kinoshita aimed to become an agricultural doctor. I think that Kinoshita was surely regrettable.
