This Bauer cookie jar is in perfect condition. It's 8-1/2" tall. It's made from Cemar mold #822 purchased by Bauer from Cemar in 1955. This is decorated with the glaze of Jim Johnson called "speckle blue" or "speckled turquoise-blue." The maker's mark is faint but visible in my picture and says "BAUER, Made in Calif, 822." According the Bauer Pottery Book 2000 price guide, its value is $100 (pages in last 2 pictures). I'm selling this with NO Reserve. Insurance optional at buyer's request (and risk if not purchased).. Note: Seller of the "pink" cookie jar copied my listing essentially verbatim, NOT vice versa (note the missing "last two pictures" in their listing and failure to delete my phrase t)
