Up for auction a very elegant silver plate double chafing dish/heater. From the renowned New York cookware dealer Bazar Francais. Marked with their "666" insignia derived from their address at 666 Broadway. All of their products are very high quality and were used by professional cooks and restaurants. It consists of two approx. one quart covered pots, an oval poacher with handles used for heated water, and a thickly constructed stand with adjustable burner. All of the pieces are in very good condition. One of the interiors of the pots has some slight loss of silver, otherwise it looks unused. 11 1/2" long x 6" wide. 13 1/2" over the handles. 13" high to the top of the lids. All of the heavy components add up to 9 1/2 lbs. before packing. Preparing to downsize, this is one piece that I shall miss during the holidays w it was always the star of the buffet.
