Wow! ONE single moccasin. Looks like a childs and is about a 5 or 6 in todays child sizes. The item is beautifully beaded in a Pin Wheel Symbol that features several different bead colors. The moccasin has wear and tear and looks like it is made from Brain Tanned Deer skin on the upper and looks like possibly a thicker and tougher elk skin on the bottom, could be buffalo skin. This piece was in the belongings of a Chickasaw Chief, Chief Irao who lived and traveled the Southwest and West around the turn of the century ,1900 to about 1925. These belongings were carefully stored and only recently sold at public auction . NONE of these items were modern. This moccasin is all hand sewn and hand beaded and has one of the most prominent symbols that I have ever seen. T is stuffing inside to keep the moccasin in proper shape. These items came from his grandson to a loving collector and now I guarantee authenticity and time period and if you are not completely satisfied you may return for refund within a 15 day allowed period. Shipping is $4.95 priority mail and I will combine to save shipping costs. I am an AACA member and ask that you check my other auctions and feedback.
