Beaded Neck Knife Sheath (Mountain Man) This auction is for a very nice, hand crafted, beaded belt knife sheath made by natives of the "Mayan Kaqchiquel" Tribe in the small lake town of Panajachel, located on the shores of Lake Atitl á n in Guatemala's highlands region. This sheath is hand beaded on the front with Czech made seed beads on vegetable tanned, heavy duty leather. The beadwork is very tight and uniform in design. Sheath has fringe on top and bottom for style. The sheath is 5 ¼" by 1¾" and the neck strap is approximately 20" long. The sheath will take up to approximately a 3"-4" knife blade.
