The Beatles CORRECT REPRODUCTION Mastro Industries 1964 BEATLES SNARE DRUM !!! Offered is set of Correctly Made Reproduction of the 1964 Mastro Beatles Snare Drum. These were originally manufactured by Mastro Industries in the USA who also manufactured several other toy instruments such as guitars, ukuleles, banjos and bongos. They were officially licensed by NEMS Enterprises Ltd in 1964 and sold up to 1966 in stores and by mail order in the USA. This high quality, correct reproduction BEATLES SNARE DRUM was made from a generic Mastro Drum, so like look, feel, and play just like an original set!!! The graphics on the reproduction set were applied just like the original graphics were: with permanent ink stamps. The snare drum has red plastic sides with sparkles made into the red plastic!! The gold colored rims are in excellent condition as is the rest of the plastic parts. The snare drum plastic mechanism on the side is missing, but the drum still has the original metal wire snare mechanism on the backside. There are no tears in the front drum skin where the Beatles graphics are applied. The backside clear plastic drum skin isn't as tight as the front, but still displays nicely. The drum measures approx 14" by 7" and can still be played if you want. A Super Display Item!!!! An original Beatles Snare Drum will cost upwards of $2 read more
