RARE UK 1st Press Stereo NUMBERED MISPRESSING of The Beatles White Album (The Beatles) (Apple PCS 7067/7068) COMPLETE with original 4 photos, poster and 2 black inner sleeves. Two LP 1st press stereo example (No. 055670) with rare UK only mispressing showing Rocky Raccoon printed on the side 2 label as Rocky Racoon (with 1 "c" instead of 2). This rare mispressing is documented in the UK Rare Record Price Guide 2008 and are quite difficult to find. And this one is a nice example. This item offered is NOT a reproduction and is NOT a reissue. Jacket grade (EX-) Top loading laminated Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold with flipback jacket is excellent. Front has raised"The Beatles" and number (0555670). Front and back are very clean with light yellowing. Back says "STEREO" so it the correct original jacket. The inside flipbacks are excellent. A name has been mostly erased from the inner gatefold. Spine has light laminate lifting but ALL text is fully legible. The corners have light wear. Labels grade (EX+/EX+/EX+/EX+) All labels are very clean. NO writing and NO marks. Vinyl grade (VG/VG/VG/VG) Both SUPER GLOSSY thick v inyl discs look very nice. Discs looked moderately played but NOT abused. NO deep scratches and NO deep scuffs. Discs are NOT WARPED. Inserts : The poster looks unused. No tape or tack holes. The 4 photos are all excellent. No tape or tack holes. The two black inner sleeves are VG with moderate use.
