Beatrice Wood (1893-1998) -- Handcrafted Original Ceramic Vase - Guaranteed old and genuine. Very clean and very nice. No cracks. The ox blood red finish is very nice and has a high glaze. There is a glaze bubble on the inside shown in photo as well as a small one on the lip but was done during firing and is not a defect .Signed: "BEATO" on the bottom. -- Measures 7 1/2“ tall and 7" across at the top. I’m listing the last two Beato pieces I have in my pottery collection. Please check the other listing I have for Beato. These both came from the estate of a lady that passed away in Scottsdale who was personal friends of Beatrice Wood. She would get pieces from her every year on her visit to Ojai. These would be a great addition to any collection of her pottery. ** Due to the weight and size this vase would need to be double boxed to insure that it arrives in perfect condition so shipping amount may very from Ebay's calculations.
