Cranberry Rib Optic Barber Bottle A vibrant cranberry color this lovely old Barber bottle has 6 ribs. Measurements 7 1/8" to the top of the bottle neck 7 3/4" high to the top of the stopper/pourer. The bottom and top of this bottle have been ground as shown in the photos. I believe this bottle to have been made by Beaumont Glass Co. Circa 1895. References: Reprint Beaumont Glass Co. Catalogue, circa 1895. A Bitters bottle is shown with same shape as this one. I have spent 4 months researching this bottle. I recently found this catalogue reprint. This photo was the first I found of one with the same shape. It is in good condition with no cracks, chips or fractures. It has some wear to the sides. It looks like what one would see on the bottom of old pieces called shelf wear..
