Offering 11 Ladies of the Red Mansion Bradford Exchange Plates. Each has a receipt when originally bought, copy of letter from China National arts & Crafts authorization the Bradford Exchange to begin importing these from china, artist and other papers all in Chinese. The letter indicates " . . . as the first porcelain collector's plate ever made in the ancient city where porcelain itself was born, "Pao-chi" and the entire Beauties of the Red Mansion collection represents a most important landmark . . . " and is signed by Xu Liejun, Manager. I have marked these used, however, they are in mint condition, both plates and boxes along with the documents outlined above. The artist I believe is Zhao Huimin as I have a market analysis report showing the issuing price in 1986, and the receipts show that they were bought in 1987.
