Beautiful 9 3/4 inch tall Japanese Champleve vase. Marked on bottom "Made In Japan" which dates it around 1920. This particular vase is very ornate, yet subtle in its coloring. The maker used nice muted shades of red, blue, green, yellow and white. Two matching bird head handles are still intact and nice and tight. I can find no visible dings or dents yet the patina of the bronze is great looking and shows its obvious age. The vase is nice and heavy as you would expect with bronze. The diameter of the center is 7 1/2 inches. The base diameter is 4 1/2 and the opening at the top is 3 1/2 inches. Another nice feature of this piece is the blue, gold and white trim around the rim. The original metal base is still intact and has never been drilled for a lamp. We are starting this piece at a very low price with no reserve. Shipping will be $10.00 to any of the 48 contiguous states. Sorry, we do not ship overseas. We prefer Pay Pal but will gladly accept Cashier Check or Money Order.
