This Wedgwood Seaweed Oval Platter or Dish is a recent estate purchase and one of several pieces of this set we will be listing separately. Please view our other auctions. We gladly combine shipping to save on costs.
This beautiful Wedgwood Oval Platter is in very good - excellent condition with NO chips, cracks or repairs. T is considerable crazing & minor discoloration from age but this detracts little from the beauty of this wonderful piece. The colors and pattern are quite vivid. From what we understand the letters "HGL" on the bottom place the production of this piece to 1884. We are certainly no experts and those more knowledgeable will be better able to date the piece pictured. It really is one of the nicer pieces of Wedgwood but you are buying this as is. The small Oval Platter is 10 7/8" long, 8 3/4" wide and 1 1/4 high off the table. . This beautiful Wedgwood Seaweed Platter would make a wonderful gift or beautiful addition to any collection. Buyer will pay $9.00 Priority S/H in the Continental US. Insurance cost depends on final sale price. International Shipping will be calculated following the auction.
