You are bidding on a beautiful, blue enamel, nickel plated, Charter Oak Air Tight No. 24, Parlor Stove. Stove was manufactured by Charter Oak Stove Co. in St. Louis, Mo., Patented Jan. 8, 1924. Stove is in very good condition for age. Blue enamel finish is very good. Nickel plated pieces are worn but could be restored. Use as is or restore for beautiful focal point in any room. All doors swing open and close tight. Base and cast iron shows no cracks. Interior fire brick appears intact. Shaker grate with handle is operable. Stove designed to burn coal but could burn wood also. Decorative finial slides to side for placement of coffee or teapot for warming. Please feel free to ask questions prior to bidding. Due to weight of stove, local pickup only. May consider delivery up to 100 miles from St. Louis for reasonable fee (gas). Accept paypal, personal checks or money orders. Low reserve price offered.
