Very beautiful and large antique French bronze clock & candelabras set. this clock is very nice, no damages. great condition! I believe the keys aren't original. it has 2 keys, one is to set it fast/slow, another one is to wind. this clock comes with 2 candelabras, and each holds 5 lights. the glass door is in good condition, no scratches. the roman numerals is made with porcelain. it is in a good running condition but i'm not sure how accurate it runs. every 30 minutes, it strikes. the striking condition is good. the sound isn't very clear but it can be fix by tuning it. the face on the bottom of the candelabras is facing different directions. you can put it however you like and it will still look very beautiful!! some of the gold color is gradual disappearing due to the age of the clock. movement marked " Japy Freres Medaille Honneur." t is a number marked 1865. i don't know whether or not this is the serial number .
