Up for bid in this auction is an absolutely beautiful old trunk. The newest date we could find on it was 1891 and it's on the lock. The rest of the hardware is dated in the 1880's. This trunk is in excellent condition and the inside is beautiful! It has a special compartment for letters and stationary that has this great picture of two bird dogs hunting ducks. It measures on the Outside: 30" long, 17 1/2" wide, 22 1/2" high (at peak). On the inside: 27 1/2" x 16" x 14". I have lowered the price to sell, you won't find another trunk like this and in this condition for this price.
