This in no way Reflects the Value, like this Beautiful, Antique, Flow Blue, Creamer by La Francaise, French Pottery Co., Liverpool or Sebring, Oh. USA, c1900/1916. It Sparkles like a Jewl, nice Flow Blue, t is a 1/8" Gold band around the top with Garland and Wreath Gold Filigree all around it and 1-single Gold Pattern Cartouche in center on both sides, also Gold on Handle. It has Raised Molding around Lip and Bottom.(see Pictures) T is a Splash of Gold left by Maker, under Glaze, hard to see its Gold in Pictures, just so you know what it is. Great Condition, No Chips, Cracks or Stains with tiny tight Clean Crazing all over, so tiny hard to see. No Bobble Burst, hard to see any Usage Marks and the Gold is Great Condition. It is a nice size 4.75" across top handle to lip and 3" Tall. T is no Mark on Creamer, the Mark in Pictures is from Sugar.
