This fine running vintage Jefferson Golden Hour clock with it's intriguing mystery dial, classic art deco styling and 24 karat gold satin finish is sure to be a gem in yours or anyone's clock collection. Jefferson Golden Hour clocks were manufactured from late 1949 right up to August 1991. This particular clock was made on 12-07-1954 as indicated by the date stamp found inside the base. Its finish is in very good condition (t are a few little bumps in the finish, hardly noticeable) and the 24-karat gold looks very impressive. The cord is new and the motor runs silently. This clock has been completely inspected, cleaned, re-lubricated, and the crystal is free of defects. It's plugged in right now and is keeping perfect time. If necessary, I can equip your clock with a special 220 Volt / 50 Cycle motor for operation in the UK! ($30 extra) Included will be a reprint of the original instruction booklet that came with these clocks when they were new, so that you can properly set and maintain your "new" old clock. I take each clock, carefully clean, inspect and repair w required, to restore the unit to like new operation. I attempt to keep a clock all-original if possible, only replacing missing or unusable parts.
