Insurance is always suggested for any auction. All of our items are "professionally packed". We have an excellent track record for outstanding packing, as many of our feedbacks will attest to, however, should a buyer choose to not purchase insurance it is at their risk. In the event of loss or damage, keep absolutely everything (i.e. item, box, all packing materials, etc., the shipper will want to make full inspection of everything.) Immediately contact the carrier (i.e. USPS or FedEx). Very rarely do we have any damage during shipping but if it should happen we will help to walk you through the steps to get reimbursment for your item as long as you purchased insurance.

Our goal is to insure that the customer receives the very best item/items and the items/items are as honestly and accurately described as humanly possible although we can not be experts in absolutely every field. All of our items are generally "pre-owned (used)" quality, vintage/collectable items - certainly not "new items" (unless otherwise noted) - We always attempt to only offer the finest quality items as possible. Questions are always welcome, encouraged and gladly answered.
