Beautiful Honey Oak School House Teacher's Chair Up for bids is this Beautiful Honey Oak School House Teacher's Chair. This chair is in Very Good Condition for its age and it's clear it has been well cared for throughout the years. We estimate the age of the chair as being about 70 to 85 years old but it's difficult to determine due to it being in such outstanding condition. The seat is still strong and doesn't appear to have experienced much use. The previous owner tells us it's a cane seat but we are inclined to believe she's mistaken and that it's a rush cord seat - see the photos below. Overall, the height measures 34 inches with the width being about 23 1/2 inches and 21 inches deep. The chair provides extra wide hip room as the distance between the left and right arm pedestals is 19 inches! Be sure to see the photos below for more details!
