For sale a beautiful Sterling hand chased teaset. It has kind of a hammered design with fancy feet and rose design. The lids are all rosees., It is in estate condition, I have not ploshed it. It is in very nice condition, except the teapot is missing the 2 small ivory pieces on the handle that were put t to keep the handle cool for pouring. The handle is made in 2 pieces, with a piece of wood holding the 2 silver parts together, a small tack holding the wood thru the silver, and then the ivory piece to seperate, and keep the handle cool. The teapot is missing both ivorys, and 1 small tack. The coffee pot is missing 1 ivory. The silver is all in very nice condition. This could be repaired if one was wanting to use it, but is hard to notice just sitting on the tray. The tray is 21 x 12&1/2", coffee pot about 8", teapot about 7", sugar is 7" across including handles. Only marking is STERLING and a 5 under that mark. I weighed it on a postal scale as follows; tray 38.6 coffee 23.9,teapot 23.3, sugar 9.6, creamer 6.4 oz a weight all together 103.1
