Beautiful Victorian Settee and Chair Set Up for bids is this beautiful matching Settee and Chair Set, perfect for your living room or parlor. We estimate the age of this set to be 100 +/- years old. Both the settee and chair are very comfortable to sit in. Each piece is ready for use and supported a 300 lb. man prior to us listing the set. We would consider the settee to be in excellent condition without any problems that can be observed. The chair, we would consider to be in very good condition. At one time the left arm split and appears to have been repaired. Both pieces are used, so naturally it does have a few nicks and t We are very fortunate to have this matching set, and unlike many dealers, we feel the set should not be broken up in order to preserve the character of the era. We will not sell the pieces separately. The Chair Measurements................ Overall height 40 inches, Width 26 inches, Depth 25 inches Seat measures 19 inches by 19 inches square. The width between the arms at its widest point is 22 inches and at its narrowest point is 18 1/2 inches. The distance from the floor to the top of the seat is 18 1/2 inches. The Settee Measurements .................. Overall height 40 inches, Width 52 inches, Depth 27 inches Seat depth from front to rear is 18 inches and width is 46 inches. Height of Back Rest is 22 1/2 inches and width is also 46 inches. We will be unable to ship this set due to its size and weight. However, we will be happy to help coordinate the shipping if you decide to use your own shipper. If you do use your own shipper, keep in mind we will not wrap, box or crate these pieces - you will need to make arrangements with your shipper to carry out that responsibility. We will provide your shipper access to the set for pick up on a predetermined date and time. If you prefer, we will be happy to deliver the set to your home or office within a 50 mile radius of Richmond Virginia or to selected areas along the I-95, I-64, or I-85 corridor in central Virginia.
