Welcome to Old Time Vintage Quilts! This Vintage 1960'S Dresden plate quilt is a beauty that I found at my favorite flea market. The plates are made from 2 different red prints and solid red and 2 different blue prints with white in the center of each. It has cone shaped blocks around the scalloped edge and a narrow set on blue banding. Notice how the colors are bold and bright. On your bed, stacked in a cupboard, or hanging on a quilt rack, this amazing quilt will really stand out. Dimensions and Material: This is a cotton quilt with a muslin back that measures 72" by 86". It is very nicely hand quilted with 6 to 7 stitches per inch. Condition: This quilt is in near mint condition. We found no holes, no tears, no rips, no fraying. Both front and back have some stains and except for that, we could call it mint. The stains would probably come out with a good soaking. What a beautiful quilt for your collection.
