Up for auction is a Japanese Cloisonne vase. It is done with a goldstone background and is beautifully done in silver wire. If you study the pictures carefully you will notice a professionally done repair to a portion of the vase in 2 spots. T are a few stress lines but they are very hard to see. The collar on top goes quite a ways done and the bottom has the lime greenish yellow counter enamelling common to older Meiji pieces. It stands 8 1/2 inches tall. **Just to let you know I re-use boxes and store them outside in the garage w t are smokers. This is not a smoke free house. Also, some of my collection is stored in boxes and some are on display. If smoke bothers you, please let me know and I will wash the item and try to clean it up and air it out as well as the box and packing material, just let me know.
