Beautiful Vintage~Murano Art Glass~ Colorful Clown Up for bid is a beautiful piece of Murano Art Glass. This colorful guy is a clown. He is one of the cutest Murano clowns I've seen. He is approximately 14 1/2 inches tall. It has a red sticker on the bottom that says ~Venetian Glass handmade in Murano Italy~. He looks like he is wearing a cranberry and white ruffled clowns outfit. He has a black and white large bowtie, yellow hair, orange hat, big black shoes, white gloves and he has the biggest red smile and black eyes. His cape is clear with a big blue and white color. Murano artists have their glass ovens glowing as they create masterpieces in the area of Venice, Italy known as Murano. Thus the name. This artform has been practiced for generations and it is said that their will never be any two pieces of Murano art glassware that is exactly the same as another. It is in excellent condition no chips, cracks or repairs. It would make a wonderful gift. Please email me for questions or more pictures! No Reserve!
